Grooming report

A huge Thank You!!! to all the volunteers who helped the snowfarming efforts yesterday! The team really appreciates it.

We have leveled and packed all Goldbar and Capilano trails (see the Nordic Pulse trailmap). 

Expect good early season conditions overall.  

Expect hard track conditions, especially in areas not groomed last night.

Caution advised:  thin areas in some spots (grass coming through in select areas and some areas with gravel underneath have some gravel present) including: Esso hill, south loop east side and the steep climb at 101 ave, and the entrance climb into woodcutters, and the steep downhill/uphill at the creek crossing.

Rock skis recommended. 

Please note,  we are waiting for a little more snow pack depth before setting classical tracks.  So at the present time, no classic tracks.  Classical skiing is skier tracked only on the packed base.

We continue to receive reports of good early season skiing/conditions from skiers and see a lot of happy faces go by on the trails.
