U18 – Development/Racing

Continue developing overall fitness and ski specific skills through dryland and on snow training.

WHO: Athletes in this group have either graduated from YD or are U18 aged skiers who want to continue skiing and training at a high level who may (or may not) want to compete regularly.

WHAT: Racing is certainly not mandatory but we will train as though you are preparing to race.
