The trails are overall in good shape, given the recent weather. With the milder temperatures (luckily below zero),  expect skating lanes to be on the softer side for the most part.  Classical tracks have a light snow cover in them this morning.

As of the overnight grooming: 

All nordic trails in Capilano, Goldbar, Goldstick and Southloop have been groomed for skating with classical tracks re-set.  

Expect icy areas, some shallower tracks with ice bottom and harder, faster conditions, particularly where there was water/ice and sun-exposure or where melting snowbanks have run onto the trails. 

Southloop: extreme ice on some uphills and downhills – NOT recommended.
