Anticipating the end of the cold spell, the team had a good night of trail work.  As of last night’s grooming: 

Goldbar: trails groomed for skating with existing classical tracks in place: treeline, woodcutters, Hadhirgaan, lake loop.   The bumps and grids have existing tracks in place but very windblown. 

Capilano:  trails groomed for skating and classical.  

Goldstick: switchbacks, creek-crossing and creek-crossing loop groomed for skate with existing classical tracks in place. Southloop: trailsgroomed for skate with existing classical tracks in place.  Some classical track is shallow.  

NOTE: With the continued intermittent snowfall and winds, expect classical tracks to be blown in with snow in places and drifting on skate lanes in places – skier tracked conditions in these areas.
