Yesterday’s skiing was excellent on spring-like snow and trail conditions that glazed from skiing as the day progressed – the temperatures stayed on the plus side all through the night, so expect similar today. 

Here’s a summary from last nights grooming:

Re-groomed for skate: Capilano, Goldbar (Hadhirgaan/50 Str, Woodcutters, Lake-loops, tree-line), Goldstick (the creek-crossing loop only). 

Select tracks were re-set for classical in Goldbar and Hadhirgaan, lake-loop and tree line areas.

 
The switchbacks and southloop in Goldstick were not groomed last night.  

Please note that in general conditions continue to be softer today, with shallower classic tracks in places and some icy patches, and both skate and classical tracks glazing from skier use.
