All trails maintained by ENSC (Capilano, Gold Bar, Gold Stick) have been groomed, tracked and are in excellent shape.

EPCOR is replacing a power pole in Capilano, the section of trail that runs parallel to 50st will be in unknown condition until it can be renovated overnight
