Coming UP:

Monday June 1 :

  • Strength Training
    • Zoom Strength
      • When: 9:00 am
      • Where: Your Home
      • What: Glute Work (What we missed on Friday)
      • After: Chat about Group Training

Tuesday June 2:

  • Who: Summer Program
  • When: Tuesday June 2
  • Where: Kinsmen Parking Lot (Closest to Walterdale Bridge)
  • Time: 6:30 pm to 8:00
  • What: Classic Roller SkiingWarm UP (15min)
    • 1 x (4 x 3min (Bridge to Gnome Path)) + 3 x Lower Body Only + 2 x DP
      Cool Down (10min)
  • Bring: Appropriate training equipment and a change of warm clothes

Wednesday June 3:

  • Distance/Recovery Ski/Training Day
    • Ski/Run/Ride 1.0 to 1.5 hrs at Z1 depending on your Training Plan

Thursday June 4:

  • Who: Summer Program
  • Where: Government House
  • When: 6:30 to 8:00
  • What: Mobilization and Coordination/Strength Training w/Carl
  • Technique: Running Shoes
  • Bring: Appropriate training equipment and WARM change of clothes for after

Friday June 5:

  • Active Rest Day
    • Complete rest – NO training
    • Or go for a walk or bike ride but keep it very, very easy.

Saturday June 6:

  • Who: Summer Program
  • Where: The end of 17th St NE (North Sask. River) Click HERE for location
  • Time: 10:00 am to 12 Noon
  • What: Classic Roller Skiing
    • Warm UP (15-20 min)
    • 5km TT
    • Cool Down
  • Bring: CL Roller ski equipment and any other appropriate training equipment and a change of warm clothes. Remember your helmet!!

Sunday June 7:

  • 1.5 to 2.5 hrs LSD (Refer to your Training Plans)
  • Add 4-6 sprints of 10-15 seconds after 30-40min. Ensure you have 2-3 min active, slow movement between efforts.
