All Trails were reset overnight

Gold Bar incl Woodcutters: Good to very good condition with the exception of the tail end of the 50st loop. The route has been altered.

Capilano: very good for both techniques. 

Goldstick: Fair to good with a few grass/bare spots starting to show.
