- What: Continuation of Intro to Roller Skiing

- Technique: Skate Roller Skiing
- Warm-Up – Include Mobility and Activation Routine
- Roller Ski acclimation (drills, balance, some LSD)
- 20min Core Routine

- Adult Roller Skiing:
