Monday January 7:

Wednesday January 9:
- XC – Suggested Training LSD
- 1.5 to 2 hrs Ski (This is Z1 , which means “conversation” pace)
Thursday January 10:
- Who: AR, YR, and YD
- Where: Goldbar Park
- When: 6:30 – 8:00 pm

- Training:
- Warm-Up Routine – Includes Mobility and Activation Routine
- Coach Driven Strength, technique, and mobility
- Bring:
- Skis (SKATE technique), Drinkbelt, Change of clothes
- Training:
Friday January 11:
- Recovery Day
- Easy run/walk/ski, some core, and light stretching.
Saturday January 12
- Eagle Point Loppet in Drayton Valley

- Classic or Skate
- 1km, 2.5km, 5km, 15km, and 30km Race Events
- Start Times
- Race Start Time: 11:00 am for 15km, 30k
- Race Start Time: 11:10 am for 5km, 2.5km
- Race Start Time: 1:30 pm for 1km
- Race fees include hot chocolate and chili.
- Concession available. Cash only.
Local Training (for those not going to the Loppet)
- ENSC Training at Goldbar
- Where: Goldbar
- When: 10:00 am to 12 noon
- What: Skiing of course
- Coach Driven by Group
- Classic Technique
- Bring: Classic Equipment including extra kick wax and cork. And a change of warm clothes for after.
Sunday January 13:

- LSD on skis
- 2 to 3hrs
