The temperatures did not go below freezing last night – expect soft trails with a layer of ice underneath in places.  Some shallower classical tracks in places. As of last night’s grooming work:

Goldbar: all trails groomed for skating and new classic tracks set (lake loops, treeline, woodcutters, Hadhirgaan).  Teaching grids re-set with tracks. 

Capilano:  skating lanes re-set. City windrows of ice/snow were pushed onto the ski trails along Hardisty Drive, so classical tracks re-set in that area.  

Goldstick: skating and classical tracks re-set on creek-crossing loop, creek crossing and switchbacks.  Some ice and some shallow classical tracks.  Southloop NOT groomed: skier tracked only – expect fast icy conditions.
